Who we are
Ritu is an urban development practitioner & architect interested in people centric development to create ‘just’ cities. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of community development, participatory planning, project management, interiors & architecture. She pursued her Masters in Building & Urban Design in Development from the Bartlett School at University College London (UCL) where her research interests included resettlement housing & community participation. She worked with Centre for Urban & Regional Excellence (CURE India), a reputed NGO & as part of the team managed US-AID funded projects to achieve sustainable WASH (Water Sanitation & Hygiene) & health outcomes in low-income communities in Delhi. She recently attained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification as well.

Aditya Ajith is an Urban Manager with 7+ years experience in government advisory & participatory community development processes. His expertise lies in facilitating meaningful dialogue & building government-people linkages. He is a recipient of the prestigious Nuffic Fellowship offered by Dutch Government to pursue his Masters at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Aditya is also a Gold Medalist from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. Aditya was a Delhi Chief Minister’s Urban Leaders Fellow & also brings in considerable experience from the non-profit sector.
